So yet again it's been a month since my last blog post. But in my defense, it has been a whirlwind of a month. In the past few weeks, we have been acting on my lastest "grand plan". If you are not familiar with what happens when I come up with a "grand plan," you may not think this sounds like a very good excuse for neglecting my blog for so long. To give you an idea, the last one of these plans I hatched resulted in my mom selling two houses in Lewisville, buying the house we were living in at the time, and us purchasing a different house down the street from our house.
My newest plan involves selling and buying houses yet again. This time, we want to sell two houses and buy one - sounds much simpler, right? The plan is for us to sell both of our current homes and move into a larger home together. So, our evenings and weekends have been spent working on projects at both houses to prepare them to be put on the market. We are well aware that this is a TERRIBLE housing market, but we somehow feel compelled that this is the right thing to do and that it will all work out. Hey, it seemed crazy last time and it all worked out, so I have faith that if this is what we are supposed to do, it will all fall into place. Stay tuned - more to come on our latest adventure.
